Amazing place for Mexican food the staff are great and friendly. I love there nachos and there burritos as well as there chips and salsa. The place is nice and easy to find

I have always loved La Hacienda. I have never ordered take out from them though. We left to pick it up right after we called and placed the order. It was ready and waiting when we got their 15 minutes later, and delicious as usual.

This has been my go Mexican Restaurant for years but lately the service has been poor and food not good. Tonight was the worst. I ordered fajitas they were cold not sizzling and smoking like they used to be. It took over 20 minutes to get our drink order and thats after waiting at least 10 minutes to order it. This is the 3rd time in row its been like this and there are too many other Mexican restaurants options to go back there for while.

Cannot go wrong eating here! By far one of my favorite restaurants, and you can even call in to-go orders!

Never had a bad experience here. Staff is always on point, drinks always full, salsa always full, chips always full... NEVER have to ask. I personally like the San Juan Quesadilla. I highly recommend this Mexican restaurant. One of the best around High Point. Support these guys!

La Hacienda is a good restuarant to go to if you are looking for good Mexican food at affordable prices. My family and I have been going to La Hacienda for a long time and we haven't ever gotten anything that wasn't good. I highly recommend La Hacienda!

My son took me here! The food is always good and one plate was enough for both of us. Of course if you are a big eater you could probably eat a whole plate. Good amount for the money though.

Not the Mexican food you deserve but the one you want. Their food is great with fast service. Their drink menu is the real highlight as well. Honestly just a well rounded restaurant that’s pretty cheap. Don’t expect cuisine, just expect to scarf up everything they give you and not remember a damn thing.

I had spent the entire day at the hospital before coming. The service was good and food was great except one thing. To cheer myself up after a bad day and to make my wife happy I ordered two churros to go. When I got home was disappointed to find two salads.

I manage to get a noise complaint every time I’m there. Wish I could take that one star way! Mi Pueblo has better service, margs, and food.

Great foood friendly service. Ordering extra was unnecessary, generous portions. Fresh crunchy chips.. ask for the spicier salsa if you dare.

Always very satisfied, we usually average eating here 2 or 3 times a month . I like the Peluza with chicken. Great service too.

Decent food and good prices.

The service is excellent and fast: I had no problem leaving a 25% tip. Unfortunately, the food was good, but not the best I've had. The rice was a little soggy and the meat a little overcooked. The portions, however, were spot on. I will definitely give them another try. Hopefully it was just an off day...

We go to La Hacienda all the time. I got Burritos Mexicana and my chicken was dry tasting. I told them and I could replace the enchiladas with 2 tacos. I'm happy!

I honestly wish that I could give this restaurant zero stars. I never write reviews on the internet but I felt I had to after the awful experience my friends and I had yesterday. After being told that a mexican restaurant did not have anything but top shelf tequila we were then asked to be quiet. The manager was incredibly disrespectful and even the waiter told us we should just leave as a result of the treatment we received.

My granddaughter loves La Ha and we go there every time she has a sleepover. Service is always on point, food comes out fast and great value for the price. We split a plate becuase there's so much food on there. A hometown favorite...

I love the food here, its very good every single time we go but the last time I went 5/26/20 to pick my fiance up some lunch for work the cashier was very rude, same guy don't know his name and I wish I would have asked but he will not say your welcome when you say thank you more than one time, or he just acts like he doesn't want to serve you. I would have given 5 stars but this is not the first time its happened. When he came out the kitchen he handed people there bag to go but when my food came out he tied it up walked right passed me sat it on the counter and pointed to my bag looking at me no words. I got up from my seat picked it up, I still said thank you he walked off. Im not sure if I will be back. Customer service goes a long way!

Very fast service, pleasant wait staff, and really great food. I recommend the enchiladas, quesadillas and the peluza. Try their really, really good chorizo dip, too.

Food is good here. Service is never overly polite. Every time my friends and I eat at this establishment we get a noise complaint. We are never any louder than any other customer. The same man tell us this every time, he walks up and mumbles it. When our friend asked him who made a complaint he would not really look at her and all he said was “another customer” there was no real reasoning. We will not be returning.

This place is really going downhill. Service is good, everyone is very friendly, but the food is bland and underwhelming. Don't give up on it yet but keep your expectations low. Hopefully it will bounce back.

This IS one of my favorite places to go for Mexican. It has a good atmosphere, great staff and awesome food. I love that they carry both green and red bell peppers as I don't like the green ones so much and they will keep them out if your fajitas if you ask them to.

The food is good and the drinks aren't too bad. I really enjoy the chips with salsa. The chips are really good. I like everything with a side of beans and Texano. Delicious covered in cheese. I love this type of food!

The you are seated fast, the server is good and the food comes out less than 5 min and is fresh and hot.

Used to be a very regular customer, but no longer will go there. Our server, who was the son of the manager, made smart comments about me to the person I was eating dinner with. I don't look like I speak Spanish, I'm as white as snow. But my friend told me what the server said anyway. When we spoke to the manager about his rude behavior, he never apologized and made excuses for the server. It was another worker that told us the server was his son. Plus we were overcharged on our bill and the manager did nothing about that either other than to say that the price on the daily specials sign in the lobby was wrong, but still charged us full price. What was so alarming about all of this was the fact that we were regular customers and they knew exactly who we were. Plus we had never complained about anything before. That is not how you handle a regular customer. You apologize and make it right. The manager did neither one.

They make a good taco - not a Tex Mex taco like the Bell, the meat juices run clear. Whatever it's seasoned with is yummy. I also had a burrito and enchilada. The sauces are similar but different but good just the same. I didn't see my favorite - the chicken and steak and shrimp with veggies on rice; I saw a choice, but it might have been on there. Each place calls it something different. But the food was really good and service was fast too.

Food here was very good but not outstanding. Pretty typical Mexican fare. Service was a bit slow but not bad. The portions was very large so no complaint there. I don't want to give the wrong impression. This place is worth a visit, I just don't consider it to be excellent.
